Shamanic journey honors the principal master teacher plants of Peru – Ayahuasca and San Pedro (Wachuma), is an immersion into the tradition of Peruvian high priests and master healers. The journey is offered for the people willing to deeply understand and experience the ancestral path of the mother and father spirit medicines of the pre-Inca period and to open the awareness and higher consciousness. Under the guidance of three medicine men you will be guided to different holy places, as Machu Picchu and Intiwatana, in order to connect to the hidden meaning of these holy places. The experiences with Ayahuasca and San Pedro will serve as keys to the ancestral shamanic practices.

During 9 days the participants are guided  for a spiritual healing experience to learn the ways of mindfulness and attain higher personal and spiritual integrity.

This journey is offered as a way know oneself, to identify and transform the obstacles, that stand in a way for being in harmony with the community and oneself. Through physical and psychological cleansing and teachings of the sacred Ayahuasca medicine a person gets an opportunity to see the life from a whole perspective. Within a light of expanded awareness and inner vision, that is combined with the workshop’s guidance, we can learn to cultivate the mindfulness and discover our own inner wisdom.

A deep connection with the sacred medicine and personal healing is supported by the fusion of traditional and conventional methods, the presence of a shaman-healer from the Andean native tradition, and by the surroundings of clean Andean environment. In order to connect fully to the native tradition and it’s respected surroundings, different sites (like Machu Picchu, Cusco, Pisac ruins (Intiwatana temple), Moray terraces) will be visited under the guidance of the Andean shaman-healer. The tour is organized in a way to incorporate the joy of exploration and the state of fulfillment from the introspective journeys with Ayahuasca and San Pedro medicine. For that the participants are given thorough guidance and attention. The holistic healing qualities of these ancestral medicines are gradually uncovered by integration of one’s experience and by grounding it into day-to-day life’s context.

Throughout the journey we hold one San Pedro (Wachuma) and two Ayahuasca ceremonies, that provide deep insights into conscious and unconscious, and helps in understanding the ways on a pursuit for inner harmony. The experiential workshop joins together various practices and non-dual integration modalities, like mindfulness meditation, Yoga, breathing, insightful listening and a personal space for self-reflection.

The journey is offered in collaboration with Ayahuasca-Wasi and is guided Edmunds and Don Kucho and co-guided by Diego Palma.

Despacho ceremony

Despacho is the Quechua word for offering. It describes the Andean practice of making offerings to the mountains (apus), Mother Earth (Pachamama), and other spirits in reciprocity, reverence, and thanksgiving. A despacho is an act of love and a reminder of the connections we share with all beings, elements, spirits, and sacred places. At the deepest level, it is an opportunity to enter into the essential unity of all things.
