    Music of the jungle medicine

    We offer for download some of the recordings of the Ayahuasca ceremonies - the medicine songs and the icaros which are the essential element of shamanic medicine tradition. Medicine songs come from different traditions where they are performed during meditation and healing rituals. In the Orient they are basically known as mantras. They can be sanged in many different languages - Sanskrit, Tibetan, English, Spanish, Hindi etc.

    The icaros are the magic chants of the Amazon jungle coming particularly from the shamanic medicine tradition of the Amazon jungle. Icaros are never composed, rather than learned during the jungle Diet or the Ayahuasca ceremony. Icaros are never sanged out of the healing context i.e. the shamanic treatment or the Ayahausca ceremony.

    To feel a little bit the vibe of the Amazon jungle, you can also listen to the different nature sounds of the rainforest, recorded during the early morning and during the night.
